FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS?

* Do I need a passport?  You will need proof of U.S. citizenship in the form of a current passport, certified or original birth certificate, or original naturalization papers (accompanied by a valid photo I.D.). Non-U.S. citizens will need a valid passport and possibly a visa.

* Are there baby-sitters?  Yes, there is. Plus there is baby-sitting in the Children's Playroom from 10pm to 3am which allows for parents to enjoy the casino and nightlife until late.

* Will I get seasick?  Seasickness is very rare on mega ships as large as Royal Caribbean. All their ships are equipped with super-stabilizers which are designed to keep them smooth and steady in all conditions.

* Is there a Doctor aboard?  Yes, a qualified physician and nurse from Royal Caribbean's medical staff are on call 24 hours.

* What's included in my fare?  Nothing compares to the value of a Royal Caribbean cruise vacation, because their low price covers virtually everything. Exotic locales, delicious meals, dazzling entertainment, fun-filled activities and much more. The fact is, compared to a land convention, a Mega Ship dance cruise will be the best vacation (not to mention the most fun) for your travel dollars. Sign-up today!

* What's NOT included: Personal items such as stamps, souvenirs, etc. are not included. Drinks, sodas, and cappuccino from the bar are also not included, nor are use of the beauty salon, barbershop, or spa services such as facials and massages. Internet and ship-to-shore calls are extra, as are photos taken by the ship's photographer, medical attention, and shore excursions.

Naturally, participation in the casino, horse racing bingo for cash prizes is at your own expense.
Any Gratuities are not included !

* What to Wear: No matter what the weather is like where you live in December, expect it to be warm in the Caribbean!  You can expect temperatures in the 80's by day and 70's by night.  Casual dress is fine, though many people on the ship will dress up a bit in the evenings.  You have casual (buffet style) and fancier dining options in the evening.  If you eat in the main dining room, think resort casual (no jeans, shorts, t-shirts, etc).  There will be two formal dining nights where men will be required to wear jacket and tie and ladies can do a pant suit or cocktail dress.  Some cruisers will even go all out doing tuxedos and formal gowns.  Please keep in mind that the dining room and some other areas such as the casino run the air conditioning a bit on the cool side, so you may want to have a jacket/wrap on hand in the evenings.

* Dance Shoes:  Most of the time we will be dancing on wood flooring; however, we will also use areas that are marble/smooth stone and treated wood (a bit tacky/slower).  You may want to bring more than one pair of dance shoes to make sure you are comfortable on each surface.

* Baggage: Please complete the information on your Carnival Cruise Lines baggage tags and attach them to your luggage PRIOR to leaving home. Also, make sure to have a smaller carry-on type bag because the night before you return, you will be asked to put your luggage outside by Midnight. They take your luggage to the gangway so it's ready for you once you disembark.

* Special Dietary Requirements: Advise us of any special dietary requirement at the time of booking (at least two weeks prior to sailing). Royal Caribbean will do their best to meet your requirements. However, there may be limitations in their ability to do so.  Please reconfirm this request with your waiter at your first meal. Kosher meals are not available.

* Seasickness: Seasickness is very rare on ships as large as the Imagination. All Carnival ships are equipped with stabilizers, which are designed to keep them smooth and steady in the water. If you should feel queasy, medicine is available from your cabin steward, the Information Desk or the doctor.

* Medical Services: The ships' infirmaries are equipped to treat minor non-emergency matters. A doctor is available to render services at a customary charge. Please be advised that, while at sea or in port, the availability of medical care may be limited or delayed. Doctors are independent contractors. If you should come down with a contagious disease, or even suspect a contagious disease, it's compulsory that you report it to the ship's doctor for the safety of everyone on board.
